Independent Press Title
ArchTrip
We gather the material your reporter would gather on the ground — so you don't have to send one.
Who We Are
About us
We're a newsroom — registered in Poland under Polish press law. We write reportage, shoot documentary film, and run a podcast. Being there in person, asking our own questions, has always been the only way we've found to actually understand a place, an industry, or a market. No press release has ever done that job for us.
For newsrooms that can't send someone of their own, we do that on-the-ground work instead: verified facts, photographs, contacts, industry context — everything a reporter needs to write the story without booking a flight. What you write from it is entirely yours.
The same instinct occasionally leads somewhere further — small, thematic study tours for journalists who'd rather see it themselves.
What We Do
Material, not manuscripts
We gather verified facts, photographs, and contacts on the ground. What you write from it is entirely yours.
Small, thematic groups — journalists to Poland, and Polish journalists abroad.
We work wherever we have access — most often Poland, for foreign newsrooms; occasionally the other way around. The same model applies across industry, tourism, or local government — any sector with a story worth telling.
For newsrooms that would rather send someone in person, we also run small, thematic study tours — one theme, one industry, a handful of journalists at a time. Never a mass mailing — always a real program with real access.
For Journalists
"You're invited by a newsroom, not a marketing department."
A study tour with ArchTrip means one theme, one industry, and a small, hand-picked group of trade or industry journalists — never a mass press junket. We design the program, arrange access, and cover the logistics.
What you write is entirely yours. We don't review it, approve it, or expect anything published in return — only an honest visit. Expect a tight schedule, direct access to the people who matter, and organizers who understand a deadline.
Need material instead of a trip? See what we gather for newsrooms above, or write to press@archtrip.org.
Not On The List Yet?
Not invited yet?
If this is the kind of trip you'd want to be on, and we haven't run a project in your beat or region yet — leave your details. We can't promise an invitation, but we keep a list, and we come back to it whenever a project matches what you cover.
